Rental Rates
- The summer rate is $2310/week for June 16 to September 15, 2023.
- Summer rentals are based on full weeks, Saturday to Saturday, from June 16 to September 15, 2023.
- Check-in is 4:00 p.m. with checkout at 11:00 a.m.
- Outside of summer, the weekly rate is $1650.00 for September 16, 2023 to June 15, 2024.
- Non-summer weekend rates are $300/night with a three-night minimum stay on holiday weekends.
- Rental Deposit of $500.00/week is required at time of booking and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
- Cleaning fee of $150 applies to all rentals.
Payment Information
- The full amount of the rental is due 30 days before your check-in date.
- A damage deposit of $500 is payable one week before check-in.
- Payment can be made by Interac e-transfer.
This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.
